PROCESS

Transforming uncertainties into a well-defined plan.

We draw on decades of experience in the creative industry to conduct a comprehensive analysis of your business and architect a plan for you to achieve your goals. With our expert guidance and thorough systems, you'll go from uncertainty to clarity, becoming well-prepared to navigate every critical juncture in your organization with confidence.

WHAT WE DO

Assess

We start with an assessment of critical business metrics, as well as a qualitative analysis of your current org and systems. We will look across your finances, positioning, offerings, accounts, business development, and staffing.

Diagnose

With a holistic view of your current practices and structures, alongside a comprehensive understanding of your landscape, we will diagnose your opportunities and challenges. Then we identify the best approaches to address and resolve what’s in your way.

Recommend

We will deliver a detailed action plan with specific tactics that will get you to your goal—not just what you need to do, but how to do it. Your roadmap will outline the ideal order of operations to get you where you’re trying to go.

HOW IT WORKS

Introduction. We’ll meet to learn more about you so that we can confirm we’re a good match, and we will start to customize our approach to your specific needs in a proposal.

Kickoff. As soon as we’re all set with paperwork, we’ll kick off our discovery process. It usually takes folks an hour or two to gather the information and documents we need to dive in.

Interviews. After reviewing the materials, we’ll talk to all key stakeholders to further our nuanced understanding of your challenges, needs, and goals.

Diagnosis and Approaches. We will present our summary of your goals, frame your opportunities, illuminate your challenges, and outline approaches to address them.

Recommended Actions. We deliver cohesively organized and thoughtfully distilled strategic recommendations as tangible actions and structures tailored to your unique situation. These will address identified challenges and pursue optimal opportunities so you can reach your goals.

Prioritization. We’ll conduct a workshop to determine the order in which to tackle the recommended actions, leading to our final recommendations and roadmap.

Implementation. We’ll meet for three 1-hour virtual work sessions following the plan delivery to advise and problem solve with you through early plan implementation and execution.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Focused Time

Engagements last six to eight weeks from discovery to delivery, plus three months of implementation support. You’ll work virtually with us for interviews and presentations.

Participation

A principal must be able to engage thoughtfully. We need about 12 hours from you to gather materials, be actively engaged in workshops, and come prepared for the implementation sessions.
